AI Adoption
Your team doesn't fail because of the technology. It fails because of mindset, missing rules and people who hold back. Here you build both, first for yourself, then for your team.

Source for 88 % and 7 %: McKinsey, 2025.
Nobody has tried too few tools. Almost everyone has done too little mindset work.
Survival mode instead of curiosity
Your brain reacts to AI like to any threat: with resistance. That's not a character flaw, it's neurobiology. And it can be changed.
Shadow AI is already here
Some people on the team have long been using AI tools, without rules and without coordination. The assessment brings it to light before it becomes a risk.
Three sceptic types slow down every rollout
Without the right tactic for each type, you lose months in debates about principles.
No governance, no safety
Rules on data classification, tool stack, responsibility for results and handling mishaps are completely missing in most teams.
You first. Then your team.
Mindset & diagnosis
The ADKAR model (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement) with a self-assessment. You see where you are in the change process and why it feels hard right now.
Quick wins with ICE scoring
Impact × Confidence × Ease: you rate your ideas, from meeting notes to content, and start with the one that brings the most.
Change map & OKRs
Your 7-day plan in three phases: baseline, experimenting, documenting. Plus OKR examples by role, from marketing to product.
Team readiness check
Five minutes, five dimensions: awareness, skills, tools, governance, culture. With a clear evaluation of where your team stands.
5 governance rules
Decision framework, data classification, tool stack, responsibility for results, handling mishaps. In writing and ready to use.
Sceptic tactics & rituals
Three sceptic types with tactics for dealing with them, a team canvas, five team rituals and an ROI calculator that makes progress visible.
Four phases, 90 days.
Current state, find shadow AI, identify champions and blockers.
Three simple use cases, document time saved, first success stories.
Train champions, set best practices, build governance.
Establish the new normal, AI in role descriptions, keep improving.
Cornelia Süß
The course starts with mindset, not with a tool tutorial.
I conceive, design and build digital products, for 15+ years. Introducing AI is rarely a technology problem. Governance is the part few teams solve cleanly. That's why it gets its own module here.

Before you start.
Do I need prior knowledge?
No. The course starts with mindset, not tools. Anyone in any role can join.
Do I need Personal before I buy Teams?
Yes. Teams builds directly on the foundations from Personal (ADKAR, mindset diagnosis). Without that foundation, the context for the team level is missing.
What team size is it meant for?
The Teams package covers up to three people. For larger teams, write to me and we will find the right setup. Governance and the Champion Circle are deliberately lean, not built for corporate structures.
How long does it take?
Personal: around 45–50 minutes of video plus your 7-day plan. Teams: around 55 minutes of video plus implementing the 90-day roadmap.
