I process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG).
Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted via Lovable (Lovable Labs, Stockholm, Sweden). Each time a page is opened, the server automatically stores technical data:
- IP address
- date and time of access
- page requested
- browser and operating system
This data is needed to deliver the website and run it securely. The legal basis is my legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. For hosting and delivery, Lovable uses service providers that may also transfer data to the USA, based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 GDPR. Enquiry forms
There are forms for the AI Product Check, product enquiries and course enquiries. Depending on the form, I process your name, email address, company, a link to your product, your message and your choices in the fields. Please never enter login credentials into a form.
Your details are stored in the Lovable Cloud database, which runs on Supabase, Inc. (USA), and only I can see them. Any transfer to the USA is based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 GDPR. I only use them to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after twelve months at the latest; otherwise statutory retention periods apply.
Booking a call
Calls are booked through Google Calendar, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Your name, email address and the time of the call are processed. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or my legitimate interest in simple scheduling under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. More at policies.google.com/privacy.
Contact by email
If you email me, I process your email address and the content of your message in order to reply. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
Newsletter (Substack)
My essays by email are sent via Substack, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). You sign up directly on Substack, where Substack's privacy policy applies: substack.com/privacy. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
If you sign up via the field on my homepage, I also store your email address, language and the time in the Lovable Cloud database (Supabase, Inc., USA) so I can keep track of sign-ups. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Send a short email to cornelia@likeit.digital and I will delete this copy.
YouTube videos
Some pages show videos from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited). A video only loads when you click play; before that, no connection to YouTube is made. I use the privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). After the click, Google may process data such as your IP address. The legal basis is your consent by clicking, under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Cookies and browser storage
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. The checklist, the canvas and the MOCO studio remember your progress in your browser's local storage (localStorage). This data stays on your device, is never sent to me and can be deleted in your browser settings.
Fonts
All fonts are served from this server. No connection to Google Fonts or other font providers is made.
Links to other sites
Links to LinkedIn, Instagram, Medium, Substack and other sites open that platform, where its own privacy policy applies.
Your rights
You have the right to:

- erasure
- restriction of processing
- data portability
- object and withdraw consent
